COMMENTS: this medium cherry red color wine can be considered between medium and full bodied (in the begginig it is refreshing but after is full bodied). It has spicy taste (it is not fruity)

PROFILE: Sweet. Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Heavy Tannin. Medium Finish.
COMMENTS: With cherry and red fruits aromas, this wine has a dark brown red colour. Short and round attack, it burns a little with a very spicy evolution. Full in the mouth but elegant and with ripe raisin flavors, it has rich and strong tannins. This powerfull wine has to be opened and drunk quickly if you don't want to lose all the flavors.

COMMENTS: Color : this wine has a light brick red colour, so it is an old wine ( 9 years)

Odor : this wine has en expressive elegant and complexe smell of all fruit's jam , liquoris , sweet. But also animal's smell (musc) and a mix of diferent variety of mushroom.

Profile : it is nececary to taste this wine twice or three times before describe this wine. In mouth, this wine is medium bodied and full. It's also rich and velvety and it stays a long time in mouth. After 3 secondes in mouth you feel the perception on the back on the mouth. For this kind of wine don't use the word well strutured because is not tannic.

comments : the St. Emilion is perfectly consistent with lamb, eggplant, beef with mushroom

COMMENTS: This is aThis bright wine has a medium cherry-red color and it's a rich and complex wine.
When you smell it you can feel a light anomal and sweet frangrance.
In the mouth, this pleasant, full-bodied wine has a refreshing attack and richness remaine for long time because of its grape varieties. It is not a well-structured wine.

COMMENTS: This wine has a brilliant brick red color. It has an elegant smells of oak wood, roasted cffe and smoked. there is a balance between lively and fruity taste. It's a full bodied wine.
