PROFILE: Sweet. Unbalanced. Viscous Mouthfeel. Rich Extracted Body. Short Finish.
COMMENTS: A red-purple color that is likely due to the addition of raspberry wine into this port-styled wine. On the nose the raspberry takes center stage. Flavors include cocoa, chocolate truffles, and raspberry. Too sweet for my tastes and lacking that polishing acidity to bring this wine together.

COMMENTS: This wine is really more of a novelty, with the addition of raspberry wine to the port. This makes it sweeter than I would like, however, I like it for a unique dessert wine.
