| COMMENTS: |
Sadly, this wine has died. I have been lucky enough to drink a half case over the last few years, and every bottle is worse than the last. Still really bready in the nose with a nice apply component, the taste is bitter and just plain old. Too bad. If you have this, I would say drink it before it gets worse! No score.

This would score down in the mid-80s at this point (from a stellar high 90s several years ago). It has clearly reached the end of its life.

This sparkling wine changes a lot while open. It starts out as a crisp apple/pear like taste and transitions to a spicy gingerbread flavor. Especially great value for the price!

| COMMENTS: |
A super-complex, mid-weight sparkler from Austria. I would throw this in with the best of what France is turning out! Very difficult to find (not generally available at retail), I have seen it only a handful of times at SF restaurants. The $50 I paid was off the list at Baccar in SF.
