COMMENTS: Sea Smoke is hands down my favorite Santa Barbara pinot producer. The style, which may not appeal to strict 'old world' pinot fans, can be described as a Syrah-like Pinot. A deep extracted wine with bold fruit both on the nose and the palate. A wonderful bargain.
