Seductive, with creamy toasty oak, rich pear, fig, caramel and pineapple notes that are complex and concentrated. Finishes with a long, lingering aftertaste. Strikes just the right balance between lush, ripe fruit, and acidity.
Paul Hobbs is on fire this vintage. Across the board his wines are of high quality and reasonably priced. Well done!
Drink over the next five years.
