When the cork was pulled on this bottles, the entire room filled with a rich bouquet of rose petals.
Definitely an infant in terms of its development, it was too hard to pass up and was drinking nicely after two hours in the decanter.
What can one say about a wine of this caliber? I don't know if I could do it justice but it almost evoked an emotional response. Simply a perfect wine with an intense concentration of black and red fruits revealing themselves layer after layer showing blackberry, red raspberry, black cherry, cinnamon....you name it, it was there. The sweet perfume keeps reeling you in for more. Speaking of which, I wish I had more. This is one of the greatest wines I have had the privledge to experience! Waiting another twenty years sure would be nice but who can wait that long?
