RATED: 08/01/2003
COMMENTS: (not blind): Black ruby, fat tears, massive sediment, tints the glass. Perfume of blackberry liquor. Plump body, massive tannins, dark fruit, liquorice. Velvety finish, long – changes to acidity combined with awkward mouth impregnation. Score: 50 + 4 for optic + 14 for bouquet + 17 for taste + 6 for overall = total score of 91.

There is no real pleasure with this wine, may be a bottle problem bordering on cork.
