| COMMENTS: |
From a stellar vintage, I think we have caught this right at its peak. The tannins have almost completely resolved into a wonderfully complex, yet balanced wine. Went really well with French cuisine at Gary Danko.

| COMMENTS: |
With over 10 years on this Napa cab, the wine's color has started bricking at the rim. The bouquet, while initially quited muted, opened with time in the decanter to include an earthy profile. Subtle, yet delicious, flavors of bell pepper, leather and fig rounded out this wine nicely. The tannins are well integrated at this point, and serve to tease out the wines flavors. Deftly balanced and coming together with great harmony.

A masterful wine that aged very well. The tannins had softened nicely, but the mouthful remained full bodied and well structured. I suspec this wine has peaked. If you are lucky enough to have a bottle, then please drink up!!
