COMMENTS: Rubis, light color, no evolution. Very pleasant flavors, extraordinary flavors, full of no ripe fruits like rapsberry, white or red-currants. Great acidity and after a lot of freshness, fruits no ripe in red currants. MEDIUM LENGHT . No great complexity but So fresh and well balanced. Served at 15 °C with white meat with creamy sauces.You won't be deceived. Better and more complexe in 6 years.
