COMMENTS: Light garnet, brilliant, medium tears. Mature nose, lots of spices. Medium body, tickling red fruit, trace of caramel. Aftertaste with furry tongue tip, long, slightly bitter alcoholic in the end.

Pegau vertical tasting Graz 20040927. Single blind. Decanted shortly before tasting. Wine Star Chardonnay glass similar to ISO standard tasting glass. Wine #1 in flight #3. Sequence predefined by the organiser of the tasting, not by chance.
