COMMENTS: Medium ruby, brilliant, medium tears. Very fine nose, light roasted coffee beans. Plump body, bit hot, alcoholic dark fruit. Long finish, hot velvety.

Pegau vertical tasting Graz 20040927. Single blind. Decanted shortly before tasting. Wine Star Chardonnay glass similar to ISO standard tasting glass. Wine #3 in flight #3. Sequence predefined by the organiser of the tasting, not by chance.
