I was really disappointed with this champagne. Overall it tasted flat and deflated. The bubbles slowly headed towards the surface of the wine without any real gusto. A mid-weight sparkler with aromas and flavors of apple, melon and some nuttiness. The aftertaste was slightly bitter.
