COMMENTS: This bright wine has a deep cherry red color.
It smells like oak, spices and coffee. It's well structured and very pleasant in the mouth. First we can feel the freshness but after we cannot. We can feel strong taste in the back of the tongue, and some astrigency.

COLOR: Red Purple.
AROMA: Pepper. Coffee. Smoky. Oak. spicies.
PROFILE: Astringent Mouthfeel. Rich Body. Heavy Tannin. Long Finish.
COMMENTS: This cherry black colored wine, AOC Moulis en Medoc appellation, has strong aromas like oak wood, coffee, spicies.
It has a light attack with a strong evolution and a long complex finish.
We can feel tannins on the back of the tongue which give it some astringent mouthfeeling.
This wine would be good with T-bone or rib steak but not with chicken or white meat otherwise tannins would became bitterness.

COMMENTS: This wine has a dark cherry red colour.
It has an expressive fragance of oak wood, smoke and spice smells.
In mouth, this pleasant wine has a fresh attack, with a good roundness in mouth, a spicy taste. We can feel strong tannins in the back of the mouth, however it is not full-bodied because it doesn't coat the pallate much longer, but it is well structured.
This wonderfull wine will fit with beef meat, and make your meal very tasty and pleasant.

This expressive wine has red fruits and oak wood and spicy smells.

Besides this well structured wine bring a fresh attack during the first sip and let a vanilla feeling in the mouth. The taste turns to a pleasant roundness and spreads in whole mouth
At the end of the tasting it remains a strong tannic taste in the back of the mouth that gives the strenght of the wine

COMMENTS: This is a medium-bodied, well-structured and tannic wine. It's fresh in the begining but not in the end of the mouth. we keep the fruity taste in the mouth but also tannic, so, it's not a full-bodied wine.
When you eat a camembert with this wine you can feel a bitter flavor.
