The 2001 Caymus is a distinctly Napa, with layers of dark, rich fruits wrapped in fine tannins and toasty oak. The aftertaste is long and complex, continuing the evolution of the wines flavors. This one should last for a few years down the road so I will let my remaining bottles rest.
