COMMENTS: Dark Purple in color. Nose of sweet strawberry. Slightly sweet in the mouth with flavors of raspberry. Medium tannin and a short finish. Good value for the money

COMMENTS: I'm not a big fan of Grenache, but this still managed to be quite enjoyable. After all, this is d'Arenberg we're talking about. Fruity, floral, and not without the expected graphite and crushed leaves character I desire. A little lighter of body and flavor than I tend to like in red wine, but as with Torbreck Juveniles, occasionally I can be converted over FROM the dark side.
