COMMENTS:
The strong tannins of this Brunello presented a thinner wine than expected. It contained a well-balanced start but finished off a little too astringent for my taste. After an hour of talking and drinking it did began to open up and provided a well-balanced flavor of fruit and acidity. Would present much better if decanted (that's my fault). I'd give it a good 2-3 years before opening again.
