A dark brown color, with sweet nose, this is an experience to seek out. Like drinking a liquid creme brule is the only way I could describe it. Warm cream and caramel flavors, with a nice burnt sugar finish. Mouth filling body, like drinking glycerine. Pair with dried fruits, chocolate, caramel, or cheese. This wine has enough acidity that it does not become cloying after a time.
