(not blind): Brilliant ruby with a touch of brick. Nose after dark berries and alcohol. Plump body, dark fruit, well balanced. Dark fruit in the finish, bit acidity, warm feeling. Score: 50 + 3 for optic + 13 for bouquet + 17 for taste + 8 for overall = total score of 91.

| COMMENTS: |
(single blind): Light garnet, some sediment, light rim, medium tears. Very mature nose, nearly no fruit, some tar. Medium body, acidity bit dominating but fine, else rather over the hill. Finish bit short, mouth impregnating with some acidity. Score: 50 + 3 for optic + 12 for bouquet + 16 for taste + 5 for overall = total score of 86.
