COMMENTS: I have enjoyed this wine many times since 2000. Initially the impressions were mostly of bright, fresh fruit. Over time, the mineral flavors have emerged. The wine has also gone from a light, relatively clear yellow to an almost golden yellow, and the mouthfeel has thickened. It isn't dessert wine, but time has moved the wine in that direction. Blanced, complex, long finish. The wine has very small bubbles that adhere to the side of the glass, as I've found with all wines from this producer. As of now (2005), it drinks beautifully, but I won't finish all the bottles I have left yet. I'm curious to see where this wine is in 5 more years.
