Rubis color. No signs of evolution. Astonishingly young from a 1999 AOC (Appelation d'origine Controlee).
"Primeur"Flavors, fruity. Let it take its breath and appear candied onions and primeur petrol flavors. Wood not totaly integrated. Light pepper, Laurel. Light to medium body.
Unfortunately : short lenght, but very pleasant.
