Failing to heed the wisdom that there is no such thing as good cheap Burgundy I bought a 2001 Jadot Fixin for around $16 some months back and opened it at Christmas.
Thin ruby color, spiky sour cherry scents in a scant candied alcohol aroma. Very acidic, somewhat peppery in the mouth. Short, noticeably sour finish.
I liked it less than my companion did, and she didn't particularly like it.
Jadot 2001 Fixin - not recommended.
