Profile: Balanced. Complex. Viscous Mouthfeel. Rich Full Bodied Body. Long Finish.   The first and most striking aspect of this wine is it's color: a dark amber. Perhaps that is influencing the flavors I get from it, but I think it tastes like beer. This is of course in addition to its multi-dimensional flavors of coffee, toast, bread, yeast and wood. In the nose you can even pick these out distinctly. The finish on this wine will have you hoarding it all to yourself.
