Flavor: Pepper. Bacon. Asparagus. Caramel. Raisin. Plum. Burnt. Mineral. Dark Fruits. Profile: Complex. Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Light Tannin. Medium Finish.   An excellent and complex wine. The wine seemed to be still quite youthful with loads of fruit and a peppery note. (probably because it was from a magnum)
