Profile: Crisp Acidity. Complex. Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Lean Body. Light Tannin. Long Finish.
I'll start by saying that I am partial to Pinot Noir, especially when the wine is well balanced, yet complex. And this one was.
Gorgeous nose of cherries, truffles and earth that sets up similar flavors. A clean streak of acidity runs through the middle of this wine, bringing out a bing cherry aspect to the taste. Beautifully long finish. Light tannins. Drink it up now!
