Game. Profile: Crisp Acidity. Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Rich Body. Light Moderate Tannin. Medium Finish.   The bouquet was a bit light when first opened. Over time, however, the wine opened with cassis and blackberry aromas. Flavors of cassis, leather and game. Eventually the dark fruit flavors gave way to deeper, earthier tones.
