I was pleasantly surprised by this bottle. I typically don't like low-end Spanish wines as I find them to contain too much sweet fruit that is overpowering a rustic character that is usually very appealing from this region.

This was was definitely fruity, but not overly so. It was smooth in the mouth with nice black fruit flavors balance out with oak. In fact, it serves as a great accompaniment to a meal with its agreeable, but not overpowering character. Purchased at The Wine Club in SF.
