Effervescent Mouthfeel. Lean Body. Short Finish.   A very simple California sparkling wine. Don't let the name fool you, this stuff is produced by Domaine Chandon in Napa when they have too much bulk wine. Also sold in Europe under the Shadow Creek brand. Not terrible for the price.
