1993 Rayas (France / Rhone / Southern Rhone / Chateauneuf du Pape )   Reviewed by: Wilfried Rated: 89 pts   (not blind): Very light garnet, brilliant, fat tears, some fine sediment. Decent nose, pure, fine stink. Medium to plump body, rather soft, some red fruit, some tannins, virtually no acidity. Some secondary red fruit and bit of tannin in the aftertaste. Score: 50 + 3 for optic + 13 for bouquet + 16 for taste + 7 for overall = total score of 89.
