1982 Chateau Haut-Brion (France / Bordeaux / Pessac-Leognan )   Reviewed by: Wilfried Rated: 91 pts   (single blind): Light bright garnet, brilliant, fat tears. Coffee and tar in the nose, fine. Medium body, well balanced, very fine, silky. Medium finish, soft, short. Score: 50 + 3 for optic + 14 for bouquet + 18 for taste + 6 for overall = total score of 91. The finish is less than impressive, otherwise a fine wine.
