Chocolate. Plum. Tobacco. Toast. Vanilla. Leather. Cut Grass. Profile: Crisp Acidity. Complex. Smooth Viscous Mouthfeel. Rich Body. Heavy Tannin. Long Finish.   Really good wine, the longer it was open, the better it evolved. The tannin was very strong, but didn't overpower, lending a great chewiness to the wine. The bouquet was rich. This will definitely get even better in 3 years or more.
