2002 Rodney Strong - Symmetry - Red Meritage ($48) (USA / California / Sonoma / Alexander Valley )   Reviewed by: mautique Rated: 84 pts   Ruby/Purple. The nose is not particular aromatic, with bouquet of cassis, chocolate. Medium-bodied. This wine needed to be aired for at least 3 hours to open up. No doubt it is a good quality wine but I did not find it inspiring. I would prefer a more elegant style.
