2007 Bourdier Sauvignon Domaine de Villemont Sauvignon Blanc - Domaine de Villemont (France )   Reviewed by: Vyre     This Sauvignon has a very clear yellow colour, actually almost colorless. The nose impressions reveal a fresh note, very fruity and complex. In mouth, it has a surprising impression of fruitiness ; this light wine has a lively and refreshing flavour but is full bodied in the same time, then it's very easy to drink. Instead of a lot of Sauvignon I could taste, this one is surprising because it's fresh, but very long.
