2003 Chateau Beard - grand cru ($21) (France / Bordeaux / St-Emilion )   Reviewed by: yann Rated: 84 pts   Eye: this wine has a quite rich cherry red colour with brick red tint. Nose: Like some good St Emilion wine, the Chateau Beard 2003 has a very aromatic nose. You could smell oak barrel fragrance, vanilla and spice. All these flavours are well balanced with a red fruit jam smell. Mouth: This St emilion wine is rich in mouth, it has a medium aromatic body. It is not a very tannic wine and easy to drink. Perfect with French cheese...
