2001 Louis Jadot - Beaune Bressandes - Appellation Beaune 1er cru

this wonderful wine is a pinot noir from burgundi (france).
As soon as you uncork the bottle, a full, rich and complex bouquet explodes and is caught by your nose.
The color in the glass looks like a red brick.
The taste begin with a lively attack, then the rich full body with spicy aromas takes hold of your mouth. It coats the palate.
At the end, the wine reveals a kind of bitterness taste.
Moreover, you will feel an aftertaste which is well balanced between acidity and bitterness
You don't need anything to eat with this wine in order to appreciate all of the flavor and the richness.
Very good wine.
