It is quite complex to the nose, since it has a lot of flavors, mostly toasted ones like roasted coffee beans or red fruits jam. This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon has a pleasant round supple attack, but you must like wines that have a certain weight in your mouth to appreciate the full-bodied evolution and the tannic structured finish. If you do, you know which wine to choose to go with a good Brie de Meaux.
