Color: Brick Red.
Aroma: Bacon. Leather. Olive. Coffee. Chocolate. Tobacco. Dark Fruits.
Flavor: Earthy. Olive. Coffee. Savory. Chocolate. Asphalt. Tobacco. Dark Fruits. Pepper.
Profile: Crisp Acidity. Complex. Smooth Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Light Tannin. Medium Finish.
Really good bouquet. In the mouth, presented flavors of olive oil, cigar, espresso. The tannins were very light, subdued; its presence meaning it can still age some more. The body was very smooth and elegant. Good wine.
