Color: Straw Yellow.
Aroma: Cream. Oak. Apple. Woody. Light Fruits.
Flavor: Cream. Butter. Bread. Citrus. Oak. Apple. Cut Grass.
Profile: Crisp Acidity. Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Rich Body. Light Tannin. Medium Finish.
Very good, although a litle overpowering Chardonnay. Very modern style, with pronounced oak-associated flavors (ie popcorn, butter, etc). Very round and creamy. With a touch of saltiness at the end. Similar to the Rene Barbier Chardonnay Seleccion.
