1998 Rosemount Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Australia / New South Wales / Mudgee )   Reviewed by: aapalileo Rated: 88 pts   15% Cabernet & 85% Shiraz blend. Smoke, leather, good acidity. Faint oak, but not too pronounced nor overpowering. Firm tannins. The lamb brought out the savory and earth characteristics of the wine. Good!
