2007 Domaine Tempier (France / Provence / Bandol )   Reviewed by: aapalileo Rated: 88 pts   This rose is made of 50% Mourvedre, while the remaining 50% is made of Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan. Pink, light orange color. Notes of candy, medicine, strawberry. This paired well with the shrimp & corn trio, particularly the croquetta (Sala). The nose had an interesting faint dark chocolate note. Very round and supple and full in the mouth. A really good rose.
