Profile: Balanced. Smooth Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Moderate Tannin. Long Finish.   This wine was recommended by the sommalier at Market Street (who knew a supermarket would have a sommalier?), and he was spot on. My untrained palate can't identify all the subtle flavors and aromas; so suffice it to say this was really, really good. We enjoyed it with two pasta dishes: shells in red sauce and cannolini in a white cream sauce, and it was wonderful. I will definitely buy more of this wine.
