Medium Body. Medium Finish.   Touraine Blanc - Cuvee l'Elegante - Vintage 2009 - Domaine du Pre Baron. Appelation Touraine Controlee. Cepage Sauvignon. This wine has a bright straw yellow color. It has pleasant fragrances of citrus and peach. You can even smell a bit of litchi. The attack in mouth is smooth, lightly acid. The evolution is fine as the wine is medium-bodied. The finish is short and smooth. It is a refreshing, easy-to-drink wine. I'd say it'd be nice with fish.
