Lemon. cider. Profile: Crisp Acidity. Effervescent Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Medium Finish.   This is a very pleasant wine of a pale golden yellow color. A slight cheese aroma can be smelt at the begining and in mouth, one can taste lemon, cider and ripe apple flavours. This wine's light lively attack, which is strong yet not agressive, and it's distinct freshness make a refreshing and easy to drink wine.
