This wine has a brillant pale yellow colour.
In the mouth, we can feel aroma of apple and citrus without agressivity. when we taste it, we feel a light sparkling attack. We feel freshness. There is a little bit oxydation.
In the nose, we smell odour of apple, it has a medium pleasant odours. It is not very frankly, just at the beginning. We can drink this wine with cheese as Comte or Beaufort for example. It is easy to drink.
