Color: Clear Yellow.
Aroma: Apple. cheese,cider.
Flavor: Citrus.
Profile: Crisp Acidity. Balanced. Effervescent Smooth Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Medium Finish.
This bright and yellow colored wine has medium and common aromas (cheese, cider, ripe apple) for a lively wine.
In mouth , it's good and light with a light sparkling attack, no agressivity depsite the citrus taste.
It's lively with a good balance and a godd freshness kept during few minutes.
