2007 Bruno Cormerais Melon de Bourgogne
(France / Loire Valley / Pays Nantais / Muscadet de Sevre-et-Maine )

This bright wine has a light golden yellow colour and has light common smells of cheese and of a little oxydation. In mouth, this wine has a light sparkling attack with a citrus taste but without agressivity. It has a refreshing evolution and a lively finish. It's a wine which is easy to drink. At the end, it's well balanced between crispiness and fruitiness. It can be associated with fish for example.
