2008 Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil Cabernet Franc (France )   Reviewed by: claire.kersaudy Rated: 85 pts   Color : This wine has a brillant and clear purple red color Odor : This wine from Bourgueil has a smell of pepper, spicy, wood and red fuits. Mouth : This wine it's light and fruity. Indeed, it has an light and fruity attack. Then, it has a fruity evolution. The taste is fresh and fruity but we feel more the goosberry taste and only a little of acidity. The finish of this wine is light with no tannic taste. To conclude this pleasant fruity red wine develop tastes of smoke, wood and fruits at the end. It don't climb up in the palet. This wine don't stay too long in mouth, indeed this red wine is better to eat with fish.
