Color: Red Purple.
Aroma: Cherry. Black Currant. liquorice.
Flavor: Pepper. Gooseberry.
Profile: Crisp Acidity. Balanced. Astringent Mouthfeel. Medium Body. Light Tannin. Medium Finish.
This is a quite easy-to-drink wine and have a well-balanced taste between freshness, fruity and acidity. The fruits express themselves at the beginning but we feel acidity quickly in the back of the tongue, but it doesn't stay too much in the mouth. To conclude, it's a good wine that is better to drink with fish.
