Color: Red Purple.
Aroma: Pepper. Jam. Oak. Dark Fruits.
Profile: Complex. Smooth Mouthfeel. Rich Body. Light Tannin. Long Finish.
This bright red purple wine has a medium cherry color.
We can smell spicies, pepper aromas.
It has a fresh attack with green vegetables aromas.
Its evolution is strong, it becomes more and more fruity, especially with fruit jam aromas.
This rich full bodied wine has a complex bouquet and needs to be opened before consumption to appreciate all its aromas and flavors.
It could be perfect with chicken duck or white meat.
