Very good Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp, with a sharp finesse. Has salty nose and taste, with Guava and Lime flavors, that I really love. Long finish, that lingers and "tickles" your tongue long after the wine has been swallowed.

Really good bouquet. In the mouth, presented flavors of olive oil, cigar, espresso. The tannins were very light, subdued; its presence meaning it can still age some more. The body was very smooth and elegant. Good wine.

Salmon pink in color. Refreshing, very light and crisp. With good astringency and dryness that gives it a firm structure. Good and light nose. The taste has some candy and light cough syrup finish. The bubbles are fine and active, forming a nice bead of bubbles at the crown.

This wine has a clearish yellow tint. In nose, we can smell fruits in alcohol or brandy, what is typical from a Chardonnay, and also pineapple, banana and melon aromas. In mouth, it's a medium-body wine with a good freshness and bitterness. Round at the beginning, we can taste vanilla and caramel flavors as well as melon and peach.

This wine has a clearish-yellow colour. In nose, it has a citric fragance with a touck of caramel. We can also smell apple, herbal and alcohol odours. It's a medium body wine whose weight is given by the alcohol flavor. We can taste some lime, citrus and even caramel traces. It's also quite short in the mouth.

COMMENTS:
This Chardonnay has a very pale yellow colour with straw yellow hints. The nose reflected liveness. We can recognize green flavors especially green fruits fragrances like green apple, citrus and lemon. we can also smell the alcohol. If you taste this wine you will immediatly identify the liveliness of this chardonnay. It 's a very-well balanced between supplness and freshness. That's why it's an easy to drink wine with a medium body. But there is only one thing : you can feel alcohol in the palet!!

COMMENTS:
This wine has a light pale brick red robe. The smell is fruity first (there is somthing that reminds of Amaretto cherries) and then become a little animal, with leather or fur aromas. The attack is very light, but it becomes quickly full bodied and velvety, and it has a delicious spicy after-taste with cinnamon and clove flavors. The best about this wine? The more you drink it, the more you like it, so don't be afraid to take another glass.

This wine has a medium golden yellow colour. With a large bouquet of exotic fruits(peach, melon, dry pineapple, banana...) fragrances ,its smell is more fruity than most of Chardonnay. We can also smell a hint of oak wood flavor.
In mouth, you immediately feel a lemon acid attack. But this acidity is well integrated with a very good roundness! we also have a bitter finish, formeless at the end. Finally, this wine is medium bodied and can be delightful!

This wine has a bright amber color. The nose is fruity and sweet, with flavors of jam, fig or orange tree flowers honey. As we can expected, the attack is very sweet and supple, and the sirupy texture gives body to the wine. It has an exquisite fruity evolution, and a good length in mouth. It's a perfect dessert wine, but you can also drink it on its own, in the sunny terrasse of a cafe. Best served cold.

The colour of this white wine is a very pale yellow, that I would call straw yellow. In the nose, the green flavors are predominants. You can indeed detect green fruits fragrances, like green apple and grape fruits. A strong smell of alcohol appears too. In the mouth, this Chardonnay seems to be very-well balanced between acidity, liveliness and supplness. That's why it's an easy to drink wine. However, its richness proves that it's not a little wine, but a medium-body one.

A marvellous red wine with an unusual dark deep cherry colour!!! The nose shows a complex blending of fragrances. We smell a very expressive oaky barrel, roasted coffee bean flavors with a touch of black fruit's jam smell. When you taste it you first identify the typical astringency of a Cabernet Sauvignon tannins. But because of its round soft attack, its full bodied evolution, its lenght in mouth and its well structured tannic finish, i'd like to say that this Chateau Fourcas is very well balanced and delightfull wine!

This pale yellowish wine has an attractive smell of mirabel, vanillia and dry fruits, but is very desapointing in mouth. It is very light-bodied, the attack is tasteless, and despite its sweet and fresh evolution, the finish is short and abrupt, and you feel like you haven't taste anything, and where you expected a fruity taste, there's nothing. Not recommanded.

COMMENTS:
This wine has a dark cherry red color. It is quite complex to the nose, since it has a lot of flavors, mostly toasted ones like roasted coffee beans or red fruits jam. This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon has a pleasant round supple attack, but you must like wines that have a certain weight in your mouth to appreciate the full-bodied evolution and the tannic structured finish. If you do, you know which wine to choose to go with a good Brie de Meaux.
