COMMENTS:
This brilliant wine has a light pale yellow colour. I smell typical fragrances of fruity white wines: pineapple, exotic fruits and peach. In mouth, I was surprised by a very acid attack. Then I feel a nice fruity evolution like passion fruit. After the acidity, the fruitiness comes in the mouth. In spite of the acid attack, it is an easy to drink wine.

COMMENTS:
this wonderful wine is a pinot noir from burgundi (france). As soon as you uncork the bottle, a full, rich and complex bouquet explodes and is caught by your nose. The color in the glass looks like a red brick. The taste begin with a lively attack, then the rich full body with spicy aromas takes hold of your mouth. It coats the palate. At the end, the wine reveals a kind of bitterness taste. Moreover, you will feel an aftertaste which is well balanced between acidity and bitterness You don't need anything to eat with this wine in order to appreciate all of the flavor and the richness. Very good wine.

COMMENTS:
This blended Bordeaux wine seems to have a dark cherry red colour. It smells soft black fruit flavour, oaky flavour, with a slightly spicy tone. I detect a certain roundness and mellowness attack. Then it seems to have a harmonious astringency due to the presence of tannins in Cabernet Sauvignon. These characteristics give a wine long in the mouth and well balanced between suppleness and astringency. It is all what I expected of a very good French wine!

This red wine has a medium cherry red colour. The nose reveals a bouquet of red fruity fragrances with a hint of jam smell and spicy aromas especially black pepper. This blend of flavours gives to this wine a very unexpected, pleasant and voluptuous smell. A complex mouthfeel. First you can feel a very light and soft attack. Then, the flavors in the palate become very inviting showing a round evolution with a touch of freshness. And at the end, this wine shows a soft finish and the tannins are hardly perceptible. A very well balanced red wine, very light and very easy to drink.

Mouth: This St emilion wine is rich in mouth, it has a medium aromatic body. It is not a very tannic wine and easy to drink. Perfect with French cheese...

This is brillant yellow white wine. We can feel pineapple, banana and an oak wood flavor. It has a typical nose of chardonnay. In mouth, it has a good roudness, a medium body and a good richness. The after taste is not charcteristic of chardonnay, we feel much more bitterness.

this bright wine has a medium cherry red tint. It smells like red fruits mix, with a hint of mulburry and oak wood. In the mouth, this wine has a lightly sweet attack with a medium body, well balanced with freshness and roundness. You will feel a round supple evolution with a soft finish very enjoyable. Easy to drink. I suggest you to drink this wine with some piece of french cheese such as "ste maure de touraine" (french goat cheese from touraine region).

This bright red wine has a purpel red color. It has a smoky smell and the characteristical texture of this kind of wine: smoothie, soft with a strong feeling of acidity. It become specie, hot in mouth (in the whole mouth). It's better to taste it with food. Last but not least it has a pleasant medium body.

This Sauvignon has a very clear yellow colour, actually almost colorless. The nose impressions reveal a fresh note, very fruity and complex. In mouth, it has a surprising impression of fruitiness ; this light wine has a lively and refreshing flavour but is full bodied in the same time, then it's very easy to drink. Instead of a lot of Sauvignon I could taste, this one is surprising because it's fresh, but very long.

This Chardonnay is especially bright, with a pale yellow colour. It smells like citrus, lemon and apple. Those fruity aromas are related to an oaky odour, with a touch of vanilla, brandy and a little bit of pepper. It is a very attractive nose! In mouth, the attack is lively but not harsh. This attack is exceptionally well balanced with the roundness of the wine. This wine is full in the mouth and brings a great richness. It coat the pallet so we can fell the pleasant long finish. As many Chardonnay, this is a refreshing wine. Very pleasant to drink! Finally this wine is well balanced between its good length, its freshness and its roundness.

The visual aspect of this wine is very pleasant : it had a brillant medium cherry red colour which is appealing. To the nose, it had a bacon and smoky smell but we could find some red fruits such as strawberry and cherry. The odour was also a bit spicy with a touch of wood. It was a very fruity nose. In mouth, we could still taste the fruit but not only ; the wine had a medium body, it was very soft and lightly sweet. Anyway it is still a well balanced wine between fruity aromas and long finish. I would like to add that we did not feel any tannins, it is the reason why we can say that this is a very easy to drink wine. The round evolution in mouth is linked up with the freshness of this red wine. This wine was good, even if it had not the caracter of a Cabernet Sauvignon but much more of a Merlot and I would like to stress out that this is not because I am French that I did not find this wine outstandind!

Ruby/Purple. The nose is not particular aromatic, with bouquet of cassis, chocolate. Medium-bodied. This wine needed to be aired for at least 3 hours to open up. No doubt it is a good quality wine but I did not find it inspiring. I would prefer a more elegant style.
